To assist everyone being seated on time for the Friday presentation dinner, a seating floor plan is to be used. It will be available at all venues, including the welcoming reception.

 

It is suggested that you get in early as possible as the plan will only be available until midday Thursday 8th, when it will handed to the caterers. Any person who has not requested a preferred table will be placed at any available seat.

 

Allocated tables will be planned for guest speakers and invited dignitries.

 

The final presentation dinner will be an Hawaiian theme. Please wear your floral shirt. (Sorry no shorts).
