Welcoming Reception/Player Registration

The welcoming reception and player registration will be held on Sunday 4th March at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort 158 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise between 2pm and 5pm. Accommodation is available at the Marriott. Check their website for prices and availability.

 

Players are requested to bring their golf clubs with them. A truck will be available in the driveway for clubs to loaded onto and will be transported to the course and placed on carts for your arrival. Player registration packs will be supplied, which will include all tee off times and a variety of information.

 

Presentation Dinner

The presentation dinner will be held on Friday 9th March at Royal Pines Golf Course in the grand ball room. Royal Pines Function roomThe dinner will be a seafood buffet. Dinner will commence at 7pm for drinks with dinner commencing at 7.30pm. A preferred seating display will be available until Thursday 12.00. All attendees are requested to place their preferences on it before Thursday. It will not be available Friday for changes, as it will be with the caterers.
