State Quotas

 

The starting field for the 2008 Championships has been set at 250 players with the below listed quotas allocated to interstate teams.

 

NSW	50
VIC	45
QLD	45
SA	20
WA	20
TAS	20
NT	20

 

Should the Organising Committee receive confirmation that a quota will not be taken up in full then, and only then, will a corresponding number of extra places become available for re-allocation.

 

Secretaries must indicate at their earliest convenience if their particular State is unlikely to require all places allocated or conversely have received nominations in excess of their allocation.   Secretaries are not to forward any above-quota nominations/payments unless and until notified by the Organising Committee Secretary they have been granted a quota increase.

 

NOMINATION CUT-OFF DATE.

Secretaries are requested to thoroughly check nomination forms submitted to them for legibility,

accuracy, that all fields have been completed and the appropriate entry fee accompanies each nomination.

Approved nominations together with payment/s are to be forwarded by State/Territory Secretaries

so as to reach the ACT, by 20th January 2008 or earlier if possible;
