Welcome to the 2008 APGC Web Site. On behalf of the Australian Federal Police (ACT Region) Golf Club Patron Commissioner Mick Keelty and the Organising Committee, I would like to welcome all participants to the 2008 Australian Police Golf Championships to be held in Canberra from 9 to 14 March 2008.
The Organising Committee has been working hard to ensure that the 2008 Championships meet the high standards that the event has come to expect. We have organised some challenging courses to play and anticipate, subject to favourable weather conditions, they will be in excellent condition when the Championships come around.
We will also have an interesting partners program for 2 of the 4 golfing days.
We look forward to renewing old acquaintances and making new friendships at the 2008 event. I trust as many as possible will make the trip to Canberra to compete. We traditionally have some of our best weather in March so we are confident it will be a wonderful and memorable event.
There will be regular updates to this site over the coming months, so check back often to see the latest information on the courses, welcoming venue, functions and much more to see when you visit Canberra.
We look forward to seeing you in Canberra in March 2008.
