The welcoming reception will be held in the function room of the newly refurbished Kingston Heath Clubhouse.All players are requested to bring their golf clubs with them. Trucks will be available for clubs to be loaded.Players will be responsible for their clubs after play on Friday the 25th of March 2011. Player registration packs will be supplied, which will include all tee off times, and other relevant information. Registration will commence from 1pm to 5pm, with light refreshments and drinks provided.
